One of Pastor Jim's giftings has been in his knowledge and expertise in real estate dealings through the years. He has successfully maneuvered the purchases, and sales, of multiple personal homes, investment properties, and church buildings. He has worked successfully in the construction oversight of a large church in Indianapolis, seating over 2000 people, with an addition of 80,000 square feet.  He built his family a beautiful 4600 square foot home in Indianapolis. His knowledge, gentle spirit, determination, and wisdom has opened doors to move smoothly through the many facets of city hall and planning commissions in multiple cities.
