This is one of those "servanthood" ministries that has "others" in mind!  It's a behind the scenes task that includes preparing the courtyard for CW family and guests.  Heaters are lit, water fountains are started, tables and chairs are dusted, table umbrellas are opened, and grounds are cleared of wind blown debris.  After the "gathering", tasks are done in reverse to stage for the week to come. 

This ministry is a sister ministry to the courtyard food and beverage service, and  highly meaningful to the incredible success of our "Courtyard Cafe"... the gathering place which boasts complimentary snacks before and after services.  It's the place where acquaintances become friends... where guests become family... where smiles increase...where joy becomes evident... where children play... where adults fellowship... and where laughter is heard!
