Guest Services/Follow-up Ministry Leader: Mary Allen Our guest services begin the moment a guest enters our doors. Ushers and greeters make the entry warm and pleasant, giving vital directions such as class and nursery areas. Our follow up team makes sure that every quest is acknowledged and appreciated for their attendance. This follow up ministry also tracks absentees and keeps them updated with printed materials and calls of care. It is a "Heartfelt Ministry" to all who come through our doors.
